3 Easy Ways to Experience the Presence of God Daily

Today I want to share 3 easy ways that have helped me personally to experience the Presence of God in my life daily. I wrote this blog after I received a question from one of my subscribers who asked me, “how to experience the Presence of God in my life”. I’m very thankful for your questions. I love it when I receive questions and comments. These are so helpful as I get to learn from them myself.

You know if there is something that distinguishes us from the people around us, it is the Presence of God in our lives. But unless we walk in that realization, you and I are no different than the others. We have been given this new life to walk with God and experience His Presence daily as Adam experienced. How do we do this? Is this even possible? Yes! By practicing the Presence of God daily in our lives. I want to share 3 easy ways that you can experience God’s Presence daily in your lives. This will start as a discipline in your life, from where you will advance to a place of enjoying His Presence daily to the point where the Presence of God will become an inevitable part of your lives. People around you will take notice. They will be drawn to the One in you, Whom you will begin to carry so well. As I share these 3 easy ways, I want you to do them with me. Ready?

Before any further delays, here are the 3 ways-

1. Close your eyes and acknowledge God’s Presence within you-

Believe God is in you, and thank Him for making His home in your heart. Maybe your mind will begin to wander a bit, but the key here is to keep thanking God because your mind does not tell you what to do. You are its taskmaster.

2. As you believe He is in you, picture Him in your imagination as the King of your heart-

You can check the featured image of the blog for your reference. Always imagine a throne in your heart, and that throne is for Jesus. Imagine Him on the throne. Now give Him everything because He is the Lord of your life. Say in your mind as you imagine Him on the throne, “Jesus, You are the King of my heart, You are the Lord of my decisions, You are the Lord of my emotions… begin to offer Him your everything. Remember, all this is in the mind. You are teaching your mind to stay calm as your spirit man is learning to engage with God. I cannot explain how powerful this step is because we are doing this willfully.

3. Now, in your mind start worshipping Him who is on the throne of your heart

Start giving Him your affections, pour out your love on Him, begin to tell Him how much you love Him, and thank Him. This is where we start experiencing His Presence.

In my own life, I did not experience His Presence at first. I longed for it, but I felt nothing. I still continually practiced the Presence of God as I shared above. There were days I felt so dry that I almost wanted to give up on this. Now hear me out. I want to give you a powerful secret. God is a loving Father. I cannot express in words how much He wants to fill you with His Presence, walk with you and talk with you. But in the spirit realm, some demons resist God’s will. As we are consistent, God’s mighty Angels begin to engage with those demonic agents and the resistance begins to fade away, so much so that it is no more! It’s the same for prayer. When we pray for a breakthrough in a certain area, the key is to press in because it is an unseen enemy that is stopping or hindering us and God has already released His Angels with the breakthrough that we desire. I will talk more about the hindrances to our breakthrough and how we can overcome them to live a victorious life in the next blog.

So please practice these 3 easy ways to experience the Presence of God daily by setting some time aside each day. Start with just 5 minutes every day, but be consistent. Do let me know in the comments if this helps. Also, feel free to ask me your questions. Allow me to serve you. 🙂

If this blog has helped you, please share it with your friends on social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook as this helps to reach out to more people. Thank you!

God bless everyone who reads!
