How do you feel when you work hard to get something and finally get it? How does it feel to pray for something and finally receive it? It is hard to describe that moment in words. But you feel such a great sense of accomplishment and gratitude within. I once had this experience where I was so happy with what I had achieved, and suddenly, I felt an Angel whisper something that shocked me. 

I wasn’t ready for it at all! But this is what I heard that day. He said, “Stop adoring what you already did and start lifting the One who did it for you”. Man! That felt like a tight slap on the face. Immediately, I remembered Isaiah 26:12, which says, “All that we have accomplished is the result of what you did through us”. How can we ever think that we could do anything on our own? The truth is, we can do nothing without God. 

Isaiah 26:12 has been engraved in my heart now. How could I forget that my self-efforts only confined me to a web where the Lord came and broke through? It has been all Him, all through Him and only Him. Today, we must learn to defy the experiences of the past and create new wonders with the Lord again and again.
