Secret Sauce for Success

I want to talk about a robust secret sauce that Jesus taught us thousands of years ago, and it is still one of the most potent rules to live a life filled with purpose and meaning. Once, as I was meditating on what I was learning during the night in my dreams, this is what I felt the Lord was saying to me.

“While to be seen, or heard is the aching of human soul, but when unfulfilled, it leads to heartache. This unfulfilled desire leads people to do unnecessary things to get attention. Rescue the younger generation from this so they know very well how I’m always there for them, how much I value them, and how much I love them. I know every detail of their life, what they like and what is best for them. Teach them to choose me, My son”.

It didn’t end here, even though I thought. And here’s the secret sauce that came later. “The quest of a human life on earth must be to serve others. In everything that you do, you must do to others what you would have them do to you”. We might have read or heard this many times, but if you read in the Word after the Lord said this, He added, “This sums up the entire teaching of the Old Testament”.

What? How powerful is that! The essence of the entire Old Testament in the Bible is to treat others how you want them to treat you. Does that mean you want people to honour you? Start honouring! Do you want people to be kind towards you? Start treating them with kindness! Start sowing every seed you want to see become a fruit and squash you with blessings.
