Dream- I love dreams! A dream is a beautiful language of the Holy Spirit and often we don’t pay attention to our dreams and lose so much of what God is trying to communicate to us. I’ll share a simple dream I once had with you all. I’ll break it down into parts so that it becomes easy for you all to interpret dreams. 

In the dream, I was watching the game of cricket on Tv and for some reason, I got upset with Dad. Then, I saw we were together with a few of our church leaders standing in a circle. One of them began to read a text message on someone else’s phone. At first, he was hesitating, and then he said there’s a testimony, “Before entertaining people, always see which spirit is influencing their lives. But what is important is to see them from God’s perspective and His lens”. 

Now, let’s break it down so that I can teach you how I interpret dreams. 

– I am watching a game (spectator), it isn’t about me, and then I get upset. 

– Church leaders in a circle (representing church, so it is something to do with the ministry)

– One of them is reading a text on someone else’s phone (it’s about someone else)

– There’s a clear message- “before entertaining people, always see which spirit is influencing their lives. But what is important is to see them from God’s perspective and His lens”.

Interpretation– “Don’t be affected by what you see and listen to even if it involves someone influential in your own life (because I saw leaders). What is important is to see what is motivating them to do what they do, is there a spirit behind it? Most importantly, get God’s perspective on that and see through His lens”. 

Wow! Isn’t the voice of the Lord so beautiful? He wants to speak to you as well through dreams, in fact, He already is. Have you realized it yet?
