As I was waking up one day, I heard, “the years that the locusts have eaten, I will restore” (Joel 2:25). While I was pondering on this, I felt I heard the Lord say, “I will restore the time you’ve lost in your past, lost prophetic words, forgotten word, missed opportunities or lost destinies, casual approach to life even after getting repeated prophetic words and prayers, multiple deliverances and going back to the same habits”. Now, remember the most important thing that happened. How did I hear the voice of God? What was I doing? I was waking up in the morning. From now on, when you wake up, don’t rush to get out of bed. Pay attention to your thoughts because when we’re waking up, the spiritual activity taking place is at a heightened level. We’re coming out of our sleep, which means we’re coming out of the realm of the Spirit. A lot of information is released during this time and it is our glory to pay attention and take a hold of what’s being released.
Then later that day, as I was waiting in prayer, I saw a powerful vision regarding the last days. In the vision, I saw my Dad sharing the gospel to a boy from Bihar during his younger days when he was into business. Years later, I saw that the same man was now married and had settled in the United States. He wanted to meet my Dad and he did meet him one day. He told him his name and my Dad got overwhelmed after listening to his testimony. Towards the end of the vision, I saw my Dad coming to me share how emotional it was for him to hear that man’s testimony. But the real eye-opener he said was the way that man gave his testimony. He said, “the very moment he took the name of Jesus, no one could contain their tears”. And as I heard my dad saying this to me, he started crying as well, and said, “Son, in these last days the love of Jesus and the love for Jesus are going to so increase that people will begin to cry at the very mention of the name of Jesus”. And then I came out of that experience. It was a powerful moment as I could feel the Presence of God all over me at that time.
I believe this is true dear friends. Times are changing, times have changed. Our love and devotion to Jesus will only increase to the degree we have given ourselves over to Him, to let Him love us and smear us with the love of the Father. And when we carry this fiery love for Jesus, people will change, not because of our profound speech or sermon, but simply because of the love that will flow like a river. We are called to set a benchmark of what true love is. We are the ones who are called to change cultures and shift atmospheres of anger and rage with the love of the Father that we carry within us and flowing from us.
