We’re all afraid of something or the other. For some, it’s the fear of heights; for some, it’s animals; and yet, for some, it’s the future! The question today is not what you’re afraid of, but is there a way out? Yes, there is! Let’s read to find out how.
Fear is a poison that cripples us slowly. It is induced in us to the degree of our agreement to it. When you come to your senses and think about it, it doesn’t even make sense. Let me explain my point here. The fear that the devil intends to put in you is mostly exaggerated. Thoughts like “your entire life is a waste”, “you will never make it in life”, and much more. When you think about this, it is undoubtedly exaggerated, right?
The Word says God has not given us a Spirit of fear, which means fear is a spirit. Since it is a spirit, the enemy will not induce it without an intention. Its only intention is to cripple you from your identity, from the purpose of God and from doing the right thing God intends for you to do. Simply put, the only intention of fear is to destroy God’s plan in your life. But is there a way we can be immune to this poison? Let’s find out.
Did you know that all that you are and have is in Christ and His Kingdom? Now, if you close your eyes and imagine with me, you will see that no country is unguarded. The government of the land makes sure that its nation is well-guarded by all sides. In Delhi, during the G20 summit not long ago, presidents and officials from 20 countries participated. Delhi’s security was elaborate and strict to ensure the highest level of safety. If humans ensure the safety of their lives so intensely, how much more is our Creator?
If we are in Christ and within His Kingdom, He will ensure that our lives, kin, finances, and everything we have are under the best protection. What must we do then? Start believing this truth and start speaking it to yourself. Only your faith in God’s protection and your decreeing of His Word will put you on the path to walking in power, love, and sound mind. Soak in this truth: if humans can be so elaborate to ensure the safety of others, how much more is my Heavenly Father for me? Fear will begin to lose its grip on you, and you will break free!
